No Burn Advisory

Mesa County Public Health has issued a No Burn Advisory from Saturday, June 6 at 7 a.m. until Monday, June 15 at 9 p.m. due to fire danger. Burning of any kind, including agricultural burning, is not allowed during this advisory period. Check conditions on our Air Quality webpage.

Intergovernmental agreements

In order to plan in cooperation with other jurisdictions and agencies, and to address areas of mutual concern, Mesa County enters into Intergovernmental Agreements (IGAs) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). IGAs and MOUs address coordination of planning, water and sewer service, transfer of development rights, and other subjects of joint interests.
