Mesa County Public Health has issued a No Burn Advisory from Saturday, June 6 at 7 a.m. until Monday, June 15 at 9 p.m. due to fire danger. Burning of any kind, including agricultural burning, is not allowed during this advisory period. Check conditions on our Air Quality webpage.

Amendment approved to increase Child Welfare CORE Services

November 14, 2023

At the Nov. 7 administrative public hearing, the Board of Mesa County Commissioners approved the first amendment to the contract between Mesa County and Justice Works Colorado. This change pertains to Child Welfare CORE Services, where the maximum payment limit has been raised from $49,000 to $95,000.
