Mesa County Public Health has issued a No Burn Advisory from Saturday, June 6 at 7 a.m. until Monday, June 15 at 9 p.m. due to fire danger. Burning of any kind, including agricultural burning, is not allowed during this advisory period. Check conditions on our Air Quality webpage.

Attention, Mesa County voters!

The Mesa County Elections team is here to make sure your voice is heard and every eligible vote counts.

TXT2Cure is a tool to use on your mobile phone to submit additional information necessary to resolve problems with (or “cure”) your mail ballot to ensure it gets counted.

Have you received a notice about a missing or discrepant signature on your mail ballot? Or you forgot to enclose a photocopy of an acceptable form of ID when required. Don't worry – you’re covered!

With TXT2Cure, you can clear things up with two things available:

1. Your Voter ID number.

2. An acceptable form of identification.

Simply text TXT2Cure with your voter ID number and an accepted form of identification, and you will get help resolving any ballot issues, ensuring your vote is counted!
