No Burn Advisory

Mesa County Public Health has issued a No Burn Advisory from Saturday, June 6 at 7 a.m. until Monday, June 15 at 9 p.m. due to fire danger. Burning of any kind, including agricultural burning, is not allowed during this advisory period. Check conditions on our Air Quality webpage.

This week, the Mesa County Elections Department and a canvas board of county residents completed the Risk Limiting Audit and certified the 2024 Presidential Primary Election results.

The Risk Limiting Audit involves the Elections Department and canvas board residents comparing paper ballots from the election to the recorded votes to ensure accurate results.

Zero discrepancies were found in the audited contents, and the Mesa County Elections team is pleased to announce that the 2024 Presidential Primary results are official.
