No Burn Advisory

Mesa County Public Health has issued a No Burn Advisory from Saturday, June 6 at 7 a.m. until Monday, June 15 at 9 p.m. due to fire danger. Burning of any kind, including agricultural burning, is not allowed during this advisory period. Check conditions on our Air Quality webpage.

Feb. 8, 2024 is Bruce Lohmiller Day

This week, the Mesa County Commissioners and County staff continue to celebrate the life of Bruce Edward Lohmiller, a dedicated citizen and bright spirit who brought joy and laughter to many in our community. 

On Nov. 7, the Board of Mesa County Commissioners proclaimed Feb. 8, 2024, as "Bruce Lohmiller Day" in Mesa County. A day to reflect on Bruce’s legacy.
